Built in 1844, Susannah Place Museum is a terrace of four houses in the heart of The Rocks, which incorporates an intimate and photogenic corner shop. The store reflects the richness of community life in The Rocks at that time, right down to selling 19th century goods over the counter. The original brick toilets and open laundries are some of the earliest surviving washing and sanitary facilities in Sydney.
